• Multimedia Customer Display: Apart from the general 2 line messages, it can also show up the interactive journals and promotion pictures/videos for nearby upselling.
• Multimedia Advertising Display: The screen can be divided into 3 sections: Entertainment (showing the news, weathers, new movie trailers¡), Advertising (like credit card payment discount, dining discounts¡) and Upselling (latest shop promotions)
• All the extra displays are serial/USB/Ethernet interfaced.
• All the extra displays have local processors and local storage for doing all the video playing, message broadcasting.
• All functions (like video / picture playing, screen layout, message input, media files update¡) of the displays are capsulated in well-defined API / Command sets for system developer to control the displays in their host application.
• The host machine can be of any operating system (DOS, Windows, Linux, or other real time OS) and no need to have extra VGA adaptors for the 2nd and 3rd displays.
